Support Services from CRM Dynamics 

Whether you have bought your CRM system through us or not, CRM Dynamics offer a range of support services to provide you with ad-hoc or on-going support at an affordable price. This covers all aspects of the system, not just technical assistance and can include assistance with areas such as: 
 
System Adminstration 
Adding new Users 
Adding Customisation 
Managing Data 
Creating Reports 
 
We offer support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and also any add-in solutions that we provide - for example ClickDimensions or QuoteWerks. 
 
Typically our clients purchase a block of support time in advance which can be called off as and when required during the 12 months from the date of purchase, although we do offer ad-hoc support if preferred. This can then be called off for general support or any of the areas outlined above.
