Creating Change Requests 
A Change Request is required when a customer requests any change to the system structure or data, for example new fields, forms or processes. Typically they are not required for simple changes to Views. 
 
Changes Requests are shown on an Account record in a sub-grid, and then referenced from a Case lookup field. 
 
 
 
Creating New Change Requests 
To create a new CR - click on the + on the Account Record to open the New Change Request Form. 
The default Status is Requested 
The RequestID is generated automatically. 
 
 
Authorisation Procedure 
A CR must be Prepared by a User 
Then Authorised by either Tony or Richard (Workflow as per Miracle needs setting up for this) 
Then Approved by the customer
