If you have sufficient security privileges the default Theme and logo can be changed to reflect your company branding and colour scheme. 
 
First go to Settings | Customisation | Themes 
 
The CRM Default Theme is shown below, which gives you a list of areas that can be changed. 
 
It is recommended that you either take a copy of the default to change or create a new one from scratch - but do not edit the default. 
 
If you need some help selecting colours there are plenty of websites offering hex conversion etc. 
 
Once you have made your changes you must publish the theme as it is a web resource. All users share the same theme, and the last one published is the one that will be in use. 
 
Tip: You cannot change the colour of the font on the Nav bar, so if your colour is too light the white text will not show up ! The CRM Default Theme is shown below, which gives you a list of areas that can be changed.
