Purchase Order Management and Stock Control Solution

This solution links with our Quoting and Proposal Solution and allows for easier and more thorough management of stock and the generation of purchase orders directly from quotes. Production of purchase orders can be controlled by an authorisation process, as with quotes and stock figures are updated and their status is displayed (on order/delivered) all within a series of system views.​​

As suppliers deliver the PO items these can be reconciled against the PO to manage partial shipments.
