SolaaS is an IT and Telecoms services company specialising in Cloud Telephony, Mobile Services IT solutions and Retail Security.

What were the challenges?

  • We wanted to ensure from the outset that we had clear well structured business processes, we wanted to automate the back office as much as possible. Ideally we wanted to automate the whole Quote-To-Cash process including Purchasing and Stock control.
  • Our commercial foundation is built on recurring revenue streams, and we needed a safe way to manage this as easily as possible.
  • We were using the XERO accounting system and ideally wanted to keep that but integrate this into the end-to-end solution.
  • Critical for us was data security, customers look to us for secure solutions, so our own systems also need to be highly secure. We were clear that we did not want data to be held outside of the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
