Quote Manager CPQ comes with its own dashboard that gives you a deep insight into your Quoting Performance.

Quoting in Dynamics 365

Ready to enhance your sales process?

Many organisations use Microsoft Dynamics but not many use its quoting function as it’s not flexible enough to cope with the real demands of the sales team. Sales still use Excel and Word to build their quotes and file them away in folders. This makes it impossible to measure quoting performance.

Peter Drucker said: “ You can’t improve what you don’t measure”

Adding Quote Manager CPQ to your Dynamics system takes away the excuse to not use Dynamics CE to quote. This then allows the sales leadership team to review sales & product performance based on empirical data and then investigate ways to improve performance.

Sales & Business Unit Performance

The first page of the Dashboard you can get high-level information about the performance of business units and the sales individual. You can view the numbers and value of the quotes at the different quote statuses. This can be filtered using Power BI slicing by business unit, salesperson and within a time period.

Product Performance

The second page is focused on product performance. The dashboard allows the user to filter and review product performance by Product Category and Sub-Categories. This can be viewed by Business Unit and salesperson as well.
