Vision of how it works: We provide a ClickDimensions solution overview workshop so that you understand how the ClickDimensions system works, identify goals and KPI for the implementation with Dynamics 365.
Initial Installation: We install the ClickDimensions App, liaise with your web editors and DNS host to sort the technical aspects and get the tracking script on your website working. We also add a ClickDimensions Contact Us form onto your website.
Training: We will provide foundation level training covering creating and sending emails, analysing responses and web tracking analytics. Support through to Go Live with your first emails out.
Additional Services: This service can be supplemented further advanced training depending on the individual needs of your Marketing team.
Ad hoc support or monthly managed services can help you continue to fully utilise ClickDimensions and CRM.
