Our Support Contracts are totally flexible and there is no need for ongoing agreements.
What we support
Our Dynamics 365 Support Services cover all aspects of your CRM system whether it was bought through us or not, and as well as technical problems assistance, we can include assistance in areas such as:
- Help with subscriptions and licences advice
- Adding new Users
- Modifications to the system
- Data Importing
- Security roles and access problems
- Creating Reports
- Ad-Hoc Training
Flexible Dynamics Support Agreements
There are no lock ins to long support agreements. We provide support blocks in 1/2 day (4 Hrs) and 1 day (7.5) blocks of time and you call off time as you need it.
You can use this time for anything, its totally flexible.
